These are seriously the best chips ever made! Sweet, salty, amazing crunch, great flavor and love the heavy texture of the purple potato. Plus they look cool and have antioxidants! I need to find a source to purchase these so I can serve them with my sandwiches at my deli/brewery! People will go crazy for them.
