Great Lakes Kettle Cooked Michigan Cherry BBQ Potato Chips
Our local pizza place (Townhall Pizza, Berrien Springs MI) will add these chips to a sandwich order on request, and my only complaint is that they only come it little bags! How about a family sized bag that I can buy at the grocery store so my grandkids might share with me?? :-) Delicious!

Wonderful cherry chips, but ....
Prices vary wildly, and the stores listed as suppliers don't actually carry them.

make these a regular item at Michigan area Costco please!!!!11
These are awesome. My only complaints are as follows:
Costco had the 22 oz bags for only a brief time this summer.
Can't find a useful sized bag anywhere now, including in this website. My wife loves these with Michigan Cherry Salsa, and I love them plain so they go quickly...
Either make these a permanent fixture with Costco and/or other stores - or allow us to buy the large bags directly from the site.

We enjoy this great product that has a nice blend of spices that mixes perfectly with the Cherry. Very Glad Costco in Middleton offers this product- the issue is that they sell fast.

I suppose this was my partly my own expectations, but I thought this would be more akin to a sweet BBQ flavor with subtle notes of cherry. Though not terrible, it tastes more like BBQ chips with cherry flavor tacked onto it. They don’t compliment each other too well, in my opinion.

My family and I are big BBQ chips people and were so excited when we found these at our local warehouse store - nice big bag!
I've read many other reviews since that purchase and hope I just got a wonky bag because our chips mostly tasted like regular kettle BBQ chips - with very little of the cherry flavor.
When I did get a bite of the mixed cherry and BBQ flavors, the reviewers were right - they're GRRREAT (sorry, Tony)!
I hope to find them again to share what could be an exciting new snack and I hope they have a better balance of flavors because it's a great idea!!

The cherry flavor is a bit too much. I was really hoping for more of a Smokey finish to it. It’s a very, very sweet potato chip.

I'm currently hate-eating these
These chips came with a lot of promise - beautiful packaging with an interesting name "Michigan Cherry BBQ Potato Chips", and I bought a Costco-sized package a couple days back. Cut to today, when I excitedly opened the chips to go with my lunch. First bite was not so splendid. Okay, let's try again. Maybe the flavor grows. Second bite? Not any better. Not any real hint of BBQ flavor the way I've had in the past, and it's really, really sweet. Good crunch though, bravo on the kettle process. Maybe I just don't like your cherries? Cherry capital of the world? Dang.
So that leaves me not wanting to waste food, but with a Costco-sized bag of these kinda gross chips. Thus the hate-eating. I'm gonna have to run a few more miles the next few days to work this off.

This was my second $100.00 purchase directly from the company.
The Michigan Cherry BBQ Chips in this order had so little of the spices on it this time I questioned if it was a plain chip bag with a few Cherry BBQ Chips thrown in.
I hope the company has resolved this problem since I crave the real deal.
I'd love to get some ordered ASAP, but how can I trust it to be fixed?

The texture and taste of bbq is good but the weird after taste of cherry put me off eating a handful of these chips it’s needs some acidity like vinegar to balance it out

These chips looked so promising and sound delicious, I've had several things flavored with BBQ and cherry but these are so so strange. It's almost as if you're eating a candy apple while eating run of the mill BBQ chips. The flavoring is so artificial tasting and the chips have an aftertaste almost perfume or chemical like. Very strange, I Couldn't even finish more than a few and I'm a kettle chip addict.
Disliked these so much I felt compelled to review them, Won't be purchasing these again!

Expecting so much more from Michigan, really
I want to love these so bad so I can sell them in my concession business as a Michigan business. Truth is, they are not good. I was expecting a deep sweet barbeque flavor with the natural sweetness of Michigan cherries. First bite, all I can smell and taste is artificial smoke. As I chew, a very muted barbeque flavor. At the very end I get a hint of very unnatural cherry flavor( come on it's suppose to be cherry from Michigan!). The crunch is spot on fantastic though! Let me know if the recipe changes...I would love to try again.

These are my new favorite chip, and I normally don't even like BBQ chips! They are sweet, zesty, with a hint of cherry flavor. Love them! Just wish I could find them near me.. these are a 10 for our family!

We were so excited to see that's on the shelf at 7-11!
We were so excited to see these on the store shelves at 7-11 today. Without thought we bought them and opened them as soon as we got back to our car. First of all, they were expired by two days. We didn't notice that though until after we tried them... they tasted stale and left a horrible after taste.
The idea is great... but really, can you obtain a cherry flavor with cherry flakes. Cherry flakes are the last thing on the ingredients list. Even though they were definitely stale we should have had a hint of cherry flavor, right?
Sorry, but these chips got the lowest score possible.

I have never had a bbq chip that I didn't like until I purchased your Michigan Cherry BBq patato chips. There was no cherry flavor or real bbq flavor. It seemed that one flavor cancelled out he other. Try as I might and a handful of chips later they were still awful.

The chips taste great while eating them, but there's an overwhelming cough medicine aftertaste from the cherry flavoring.
